Seasonal Affective Disorder (also known as the Winter Blues) can be treated in a number of ways

  1. Get some exercise in the great outdoors
  2. Use a light therapy unit
  3. Eat a healthy diet
  4. Be sure to get enough sleep
  5. If symptoms are extreme, seek medical help
